Felted Clogs & Still Here Update

Christmas is around the corner and I have been knitting on felted clogs like a fiend. ( Ask my husband, he complains that all I do is count when I knit those! )  True, but I make way fewer mistakes and don’t have to tink back!  I have finally finished: 3 ladies medium, 1 ladies large, 3 men’s large, and 1 child’s size 2! Which adds up to 8 pairs of clogs. And 2290 yards of  wool!  It is knit in 2 strands, so I don’t count the doubled total. That is 1.3 miles or 2.1 kilometers!  And about 3 weeks of my knitting time!  So they are finished and awaiting their turn in the washer to be felted! Pictures when they are finished!

One big job done. Now on to more Christmas knitting. Socks to finish for Reese and a scarf to start for my dear friend.  I am doing another Clapoits in a gorgeous Tanis Fiber Arts silk. No pictures yet.

I have a busy week coming up, nails, hair and pedicure appointments. The dogs needed their shots yesterday and I have bridge tonight!  Just another boring week in my life with nothing worth blogging about.

Hence this quick post! Bye for now!

I am on pair 9 of a recent slipper binge, and I've got 10, 11, and 12 to go yet! At least they knit up fast, but I am getting anxious to knit other things. I do have a couple of hats and mittens to knit for Christmas, running out of time!
