The weather has been really horrible for days and is really starting to get me down! However, they are calling for sun tomorrow and the rest of the week so I will cross my fingers and hope they are right!
I was at the Valley Regional Hospital yesterday for my pre-admission appointment. I must say everything went so smoothly that even though I took my knitting, I barely got 10 rows done all morning. Every person I had to see was on time and I was through by 11:30. Mind you I was there at 7:20 in the morning and I was the first appointment, but still I was impressed! And on the big news side, I have a date for my knee surgery: AUGUST 1 at 7:00 a.m.!!!!! Finally! I will have all my July stuff done ( reunion, christening, Shan's family vacation in NS) and my next thing is the Cirque de Soleil on August 31. How well did that work out?! I even booked my hair and pedicure appointments for July 31, so that will be done.
I don't have any pictures, but I am still working on the left side of the vest! I have been spending so much time on the reunion stuff lately that I haven't got much knitting in. But tonight I am going to veg and watch TV and knit! Nothing much else going on so:

I had a doctor's appointment at 9:30, and I got in right away. I almost took knitting with me. Guess it was just as well that I didn't, I wouldn't have gotten a stitch knit. I can't wait til next week when he does my ears. Ever since he poked around the left one today its been hurting.
