York and Area

Next we went on to the city of York. Here are pictures of the York Cathedral. If I remember correctly, it has more stained glass windows than any other cathedral in England.

After 2 days in York we took an afternoon and drove to the east coast to a town called Bridlington on the North Sea where we spent a lovely few hours.



The next day we headed out through the Yorkshire Dales. It was our one rainy day, so we didn't get many pictures:
