I finished the puffy striped sweater for Peter and blocked it:

I think it came out really well but it may be a bit big for him. He turns 3 in March but is quite slender. I did a size 3-4 and if it is too big he will grow into it.
Then I started this one for him and it is sooo soft and warm. I just keep touching it as I knit. I would probably get more done if I didn't keep rubbing it. I am doing this one from a different book and this is size 2-3 so hopefully should fit him when I finish it.

Off to finish my skating stuff.
Bye bye for now.

That stripey sweater turned out very nice! I love the other one, too. I love that yarn. I made the boo boo of only getting two balls of it for Knittin' Mom's Sugar Free Sock pattern when in reality I need three. (Don't know what I was reading.) What's a girl to do? Buy three more balls on eBay for the socks (where I got the first two) and use the two balls for a scarf.
Have fun with the skating stuff! I have to drive to Dartmouth to get hubby. I hate driving. He'll be driving on the way home so I can knit! Then I have to take him back to the city on Sunday. Cheaper on fuel to run the little truck rather than the big rig.
